Installation and Use
(1)Install suspensory Lamp
The ideal installation height of the product is 3000mm,as shown in Figure1. First install the Lamp Base to the ceiling with four preset M10 anchor bolts. Please pay attention to <1>use a spirit-level to position the Lamp Base Plate (Object 1 in Figure 1); <2> check if the power source has a switch and a good earthing connection.
After installing the Lamp Base Plate, install the following in order, the Straight Tube, the Balance Box. The Lamp Body, and the Handle. To install the Lamp Body, should pay attention to first remove the limit Bolt (Object 5 in Figure 1) and the Adjustment Knob (Object 6 in Figure 1). When inserting the Y-shaped Tube (Object 7in Figure 1) Axle and put in the Limit Bolt. Pull the Lamp Body outwards slightly to check if the Limit Bolt has been secured into the notch if so, the Y-shaped Tube Axle should not move in the Flotation Unit. Tighten the Limit Bolt and then install the Adjustment Knob. Adjust till "the Lamp Body is not too tight when turning left and right as well as can balance and fix at a position at will."
(2) Quality control of suspensory lamp
<1>Wiring: connect to power supply (single-phase 220v 50/60Hz) and turn the lamp Body Switch (A to the left in Figure 1) to the "1"position (connected). Check if the 5 bulbs light up normally. If every thing is normal, set the entire lamp to the conditions shown in Figure 1. push the Straight Tube(Object 3 in Figure 1) with a horizontal force so that the Side Arm(Object 2 in Figure 1) can be turned back and forth more than 360º; then, push a connector(Object 9in Figure 1)with a horizontal force so that the Balance Box(Object 4 in Figure 1)and the Lamp Body(Object 10 in Figure 1) can be turned back and forth more than 360ºaround the straight Tube. During these two turns, check if the lamp works normally. If there is any flashing, please contact maintenance professionals or the supplier for assistance.
<2>Movement ranges and balancing (when doing this check, the lamp should be in working conditions):
This product's movement ranges are shown in Figure 1: the Side Arm(Object 2 in Figure 1)can be turned 360ºback and forth around the Lamp Base Plate(Object 1 in Figure 1); The Balance Box(Object 10 in Figure 1)can be turned 360ºback and forth around the Straight Tube(Object 3 in Figure 1); the Y-shaped Tube(Object 7 in Figure 1)and the Lamp Body cam make an upward or a downward movement of more than 38ºas well as cam rotate to the left of to the right of more than 150º; The Lamp Body itself can slant at an angle of more than 110º. The above ranges are guaranteed by designs and workmanship. If there is anything abnormal, please contact the supplier.
Since every product has been checked on the balancing structures before leaving the factory, there should be no need to adjust the newly purchased lamp during installation. If any unbalancing occurs after installation, please correct the problem according to Table 2. If the problem is not solved, please contact the supplier.
(3) Uses
When using this product, the distance between the Lamp Body and the lit surface should be somewhere between 900-1100mm for the best performance
<1>Focusing: To the right of the A marking in Figures 1, there is a Focusing Knob (labeled). It can be used to adjust the focusing of the illumination on the lit surface.
<2>Movement adjustment: suspensory lamp can rotate and position freely within the movement ranges as described in Figures 1 . The movement is smooth and flexible.

It is better to use a horizontal force to push the straight Tube; when turning the Lamp Body and the Balance Box around the Straight Tube, it is better to use a horizontal force to push a Connector. All other movements should be done with the handle.
<3>Idling: After using or idling the suspensory lamp, reset it to the conditions shown in Figure 1, turn the Lamp Body switch to the "0"posiion and disconnect power.
Attention
(1) The installation of a shadowless lamp should be done by a professional electrician who will follow the installation instructions described in this instruction manual;
(2) This product must have a good earthing protection:
(3) The power requirement of this product: 220V 50/60Hz;
(4) Please regularly inspect all the connecting parts to avoid accidents caused by loose parts.
(5) The shadowless lamp and its parts should not be uninstalled by nonprofessional maintenance people.
Maintenance and Repairs
(6) the shadowless lamp should be regularly inspected by professional maintenance people.
(7) All movable parts should be regularly lubricated by a suitable amount of grease or paraffin oil. During lubrication, the part should be turned back and forth several tines to ensure even distribution of the lubricant.
(8) The lenses and the reflectors should be cleaned regularly. The way to clean: wipe with a clean and ungreased gauze cloth with a small amount of alcohol.
(9) If a reflector is found aging or peeling, replace it.
(10) Way to handle some common unbalancing problems (see Table 2)

Storage and Transportation Requirements
This product should be stored in a room with a relative humidity of no more than 85%. The room should also contain no corrosive gases and have good ventilation.
The transportation requirements should comply to those specified in the purchase order as well as shopping marks on the product carton.
